Castelporzano Residence
On the occasion of World Biodiversity Day, May 22th, the public presentation of the National Biodiversity Center (NBFC – National Biodiversity Future Center), a research project on the topic of biodiversity protection coordinated by CNR, will take place at the Presidential Residence of Castelporziano (Rome), in the presence of CNR President Dr. M.C. Carrozza (https://www.quirinale.it/elementi/87638).
The NBFC will focus on the central theme of Biodiversity, Research and Innovation that, actually, represent central and urgent issues in Italy. At this regard, Dr. Armida Torreggiani as coordinator of the National CNR Network “Il Linguaggio della Ricerca-LdR”, (https://ldr-network.bo.cnr.it), together with Dr. Caterina Cinti and Dr. Laura Favaretto from ISOF and collegues from STIIMA and IC, part of the LdR Network, will contribute to the organization of activities for youngsters during the event, which is also supported by the central CNR-Communication Office. They will meet primary and secondary students: the only heirs of the today- choices for the protection of biodiversity of the future.
