BiographyGraduated in Chemistry (2020) from the University of Bologna, she obtained her PhD in Physics and nano sciences (2026) from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, within an industrial program in collaboration with Medica S.p.A. and CNR-ISOF. Since 2021, AP has been conducting research at CNR-ISOF, focusing on materials chemistry, with particular emphasis on graphene oxide–based composites for environmental and catalytic applications.

ResearchOrganic synthesis and development of functional materials, including graphene oxide derivatives, polymer composites, and filtration systems, for sensing and the removal of emerging contaminants in water.
