  • Biography
I graduated in Biotechnology from the University of Perugia and in Medical Biotechnology for Diagnostics and Therapy from the University of Urbino. During my studies, I carried out my experimental thesis at the CNR (ISMN) in Bologna, where I focused on the interactions between biological systems and nanomaterials. Since January 2025, I have been working at ISOF as part of the SILKER project, which aims to develop and validate in vitro 2D/3D scaffolds based on fibroin and keratin, functionalized with phytocomplexes derived from agri-food waste, for applications in tissue regeneration and wound healing.
