Marforio Tainah Dorina

Graduated in Chemistry and in Chemical Sciences from the University of Bologna, where she also obtained a PhD in Chemistry in 2018 at the “Giacomo Ciamician” Department. She carried out research activities as a research fellow and grant holder at UNIBO, supported by AIRC and the Umberto Veronesi Foundation. She obtained the National Scientific Qualification in Organic Chemistry in 2025 and served as an Adjunct Professor of Computational Organic Chemistry from 2019 to 2024.

Application of computational methods to the study of intermolecular interactions and molecular recognition mechanisms, with a focus on nanomaterials for the removal of contaminants from water in environmental applications. Experience in the development of drug delivery platforms.
