BiographyHaving worked at ISOF since 1987 as a Technical Collaborator in Research Institutions (CTER); she specializes in the organic synthesis of π-conjugated organic materials and the functionalization of graphene and its derivatives. She is an expert in the use of analytical techniques for the characterization of new molecular structures, such as Mass Spectrometry, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, UV-Vis and ATR-FTIR Spectrophotometry, Spectrofluorimetry and Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA). She also trains and supervises graduate students and interns assigned to the research group to which she is affiliated and actively contributed to the “Il Linguaggio della Ricerca” project with experimental lessons at schools and school events. She is the co-author of numerous publications in prestigious international journals and several patents. In 2011, she earned a bachelor's degree in Chemistry with honors.
