Treossi Emanuele

Master's Degree cum laude in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technologies (thesis at Georgetown University, USA) and PhD in Chemical Sciences at University of Bologna. Senior Researcher at CNR, author of 3 international patents and 70 scientific papers (>6000 citations, Author Impact: 80th percentile, H-index: 37). He has led coordination activities in several scientific and industrial projects, including WP leader in the UPGRADE project (FET–Young Explorers); WP leader or project leader of five industrial projects on graphene applications; scientific lead for CNR-ISOF of the Spearhead Projects GICE and G+BOARD and for the WP Composites in the Graphene Flagship project.

Development of new nanomaterials and nanotechnologies: synthesis of graphene and 2D materials, nanochemistry, eco-friendly nanostructured materials, self-assembling molecules, graphene-based composites for (bio)electronic applications.
