Overview
The study of processes involving electronic excited states in molecules and materials is of huge importance nowadays.
This field of research is of interest in diverse areas, ranging from fundamental progress in knowledge to relevant applicative
fallouts such as light energy conversion devices, information storage, LED technology, drug research etc. In our group we focus
on the photochemistry and photophysics of molecules, supramolecular systems, and materials with particular attention to photo-
and electroluminescence and photoinduced energy- and electron-transfer, also with the aid of theoretical modelling.
